Contraction Timer

The 5-1-1 rule is a guideline for when to call your healthcare provider during labor. It means your contractions are 5 minutes apart, each contraction lasts at least 1 minute, and this pattern has continued for 1 hour.

Signs of labor include regular contractions that get stronger and closer together, water breaking, and cervical changes. Use this timer to track your contractions and help determine if you're in active labor.

Irregular contractions are common in early labor. Continue timing them to establish a pattern. If they remain irregular for several hours or you're concerned, contact your healthcare provider.

Click 'Start Contraction' when a contraction begins and 'Stop Contraction' when it ends. The timer will record the duration and interval between contractions. Your history is automatically saved and can be cleared using the 'Clear History' button.
